Rebecca Parish
I have devoted my career to guiding others toward greater health, strength, and harmony in both body and mind. My journey in the fitness and wellness world began in 2000 when I trained in teaching exercise to music and spinning, sparking a passion for movement and holistic wellbeing.
In 2003, I deepened my expertise by training in Pilates, a discipline that continues to influence my approach to functional movement and mindful exercise. The following year, I expanded into reflexology (2004), recognising the powerful link between the body’s systems and overall wellness.
My dedication and desire to understand the human body led me to qualify as an Osteopath in 2011, giving me the skills to treat musculoskeletal issues with both scientific knowledge and a holistic outlook.
Alongside my professional journey, I also committed to home educating my children, nurturing their development with the same patience, creativity, and care I bring to my practice.
In 2025, I furthered my work in child development and wellbeing by training as a Neurodevelopmental Therapist, bringing together my diverse skillset to support individuals of all ages in unlocking their potential for health and growth.
With over two decades of experience across fitness, therapy, and education, I offer a unique blend of knowledge, compassion, and practical tools to help people move, heal, and thrive.
